STUDIO ORCHESTRA THIS WEEK

By now all 3 classes have met. We jammed a bit to get aquainted, then played some blues. If you are not very familiar with the blues style, go over to the iTunes Music Store and browse a bit. You can listen to 30 second clips of hundreds of songs for free. If you hear something you like, you can buy it for 99 cents. Good places to start: Martin Scorsese Presents: Best of the Blues; iTunes Essentials: Blues 101. SINGERS: You can pick (or write)some blues lyrics to sing in the next class.

VERY IMPORTANT: Monday, February 20th is President's Day, and HCC is closed! MW class, I'll see you on Wednesday the 22nd. Monday night class, I'll see you on the 27th.

Guitars, basses and amps.I'll bring some of mine this week, too.
